新生儿低体温护理的探讨

目的:探讨新生儿低体温的发病原因及护理措施的有效性。方法:对108例新生儿低体温采取多种保温、复温、吸氧和补充营养等措施,同时注重对并发症进行处理。结果:108例患儿中5例并发高胆红素血症,4例微循环障碍,3例继发肺部感染,并发症发生率为11.1%。经积极处理均恢复正常。结论:新生儿低体温在冬春季节容易发生,病因以非感染性因素为主;采取多种护理措施可使其恢复正常。

Nursing care neonate with hypothermia

Objective:To disccuse the etiology and the nursing care of neonate with hypothermia by the summarization of the experience of neonates with hypothermia nursing care process and measures.Methods:There were 47 males,61 females among the group.41 cases were term infants(38%),67 premature infants(62%).The measures include keep and rewarming the body temperature in different methods,supply oxygen and nutrition,and treating with complications.Results:The neonate hypothermia occurred in the early postnatal period and the high incidence rate in spring and winter in the group.There were 5 cases with hyperbilirubinemia,4 with microcirculation disturbance,3 with secondary pulmonary infection.The morbidity of complications was 11.1%(12/108).All of them were normal after the treatment.Conclusion:The neonate with hypothermia is occurred in spring and winter easily.The main etiologies are noninfectious factors.Prevent is important.Multi-nursing measures can correct the neonate with hypothermia.
