黄斑病变的多焦视网膜电图分析

摘    要:目的 测试并比较黄斑病变患者和正常人的多焦视网膜电图。了解视网膜功能。方法 用美国EDI公司的VERISscience4.2系统对6例6眼特发性黄斑裂孔(IMH),5例7眼中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSCR),5例8眼老年性黄斑变性(AMD,其中3例6眼干性型,2例2眼湿性型)眼,对6个环形视网膜区域反应的P1波反应密度和潜伏期进行Mann-Whitney检验。结果 所有黄斑病变患者1,2和3环的P1波反应密度下降,与正常对照组相比差异有显著性意义;潜伏期无明显异常。结论 多焦视网膜电图可对黄斑病变患者的视功能进行定量检测。

Abstract:Objective To measure multifocal electroretinography ( mERG) in the patients with macular diseases and control subjects. Methods mERG in six cases(6 eyes)with idiopathic macular hole,5 cases(7 eyes)of central serous chorio-retinopathy ,5 cases(8 eyes) of age-related macular degeneration were tested with VERIS scienceTM 4.2. The results of each control subject and patient were used for statistical evaluation by the Mann-Whitney T test. Results The P1 waveform average response density of 1 ~ 3 rings in macular diseases were decreased statistically. Conclusion Multifocal electroretinography can quantify the visual function of the affected area in macular diseases.
