摘    要:目的评价IOL Master对硅油填充眼进行生物测量的准确性。方法前瞻性选取2008年1月至12月间在我院行硅油取出术的硅油填充眼患者29例(29只眼),在术前、术后均用IOLMaster测量眼轴长度,并用A超测量术后的眼轴,对结果进行比较。结果有6只眼因晶状体混浊明显或不能固视而未能测得眼轴,其余患眼IOL Master测得的术前、术后眼轴长分别为(26.37±2.80)mm及(26.29±2.77)mm,差值为(-0.04±0.15)mm(-0.36~0.23mm)(P=0.239),相关系数为0.999;A超测得的患眼术后眼轴长度为(26.06±2.80)mm,患眼术前IOL Master与术后A超测得眼轴长度的差值为(0.18±0.17)mm(-0.21~0.58mm)(P〈0.01),相关系数为0.998;术后IOL Master与A超测得眼轴长度的差值为(-0.23±0.13)mm(-0.54~-0.05mm)(P〈0.01),相关系数为0.999。结论 IOL Master光学生物测量法可对硅油填充眼进行准确可靠的生物测量。

Biometry of silicone oil-filled eyes using IOL Master

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy and the feasibility of the biometry using partial coherence interferometry (IOLMaster) for the axial length (AL) of silicone oil-filled eyes respectively. Methods Twenty-nine silicone oil-filled eyes in 29 patients were included in the study. All of these eyes underwent silicone oil removal and/or phacoemulsification and/or intraocular lens implantation. The AL of the silicone oil-filled eyes was measured with IOLMaster before and after operation,with A-scan echography after operation. The differences between the two Methods of biometry were assessed.Results Six eyes couldn’t be measured with IOLMaster,four of them because of refractive medium opacity and the other two because of failure of fixation or involuntary eye movement. Pre-and post-surgical mean ALs measured by IOLMaster were 26.37±2.80mm and 26.29±2.77 mm. The difference between them was -0.04±0.15 mm without statistical significance (P=0.239). Post-surgical mean ALs measured by A-scan echography were 26.06±2.80 mm. The difference between pre-surgical IOLMaster and post-surgical A-scan echography was 0.18±0.17 mm with statistical significance (P0.01). The difference between post-surgical IOLMaster and A-scan echography was -0.23±0.13 mm with statistical significance (P0.01 ).Conclusion The AL of eyes tamponaded with silicone oil can be measured reliably with IOLMaster,which is convenient and non-contact with the cornea,except in the presence of refractive medium opacity (such as advanced cataracts) and involuntary eye movement.
