骨科围术期抗菌药物使用参考意见

近年来随着《全国抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》以及《卫生部办公厅关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》（卫办医政发〔2009〕38号）等相关文件的颁布，骨科围术期抗菌药物的应用亦受到了越来越多医务工作者的重视，现结合我院院情，对骨科围术期抗菌药物的应用提供相应参考意见，以期进一步提高临床合理用药的水平。

The reference views of using antibacterial drugs in orthopaedic perioperation period

In recent years, with“the national clinical application of antibacterial drugs special rectification program”,“the technical guideline for clinical application of antimicrobial agents”,“an-tibacterial drugs clinical application management approach”,“notification from general office of the ministry of health about the clinical management and application of antibiotics”and other related documents,the application of antimicrobial drugs on orthopaedic perioperation have attracted atten-tion to medical workers. In this article combined with the situation of our hospital,we provide the reference views of using antibacterial drugs in orthopaedic perioperation period, in order to promote the rational use of these drugs.
