针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪治疗失眠60例

目的：观察针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：门诊使用随机数字表法将120例失眠患者随机分为针刺组和对照组两组，每组60例。针刺组患者行针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪进行治疗，针刺主穴取四神聪、安眠、神门、三阴交、太冲，配合辨证配穴，虚证用补法，实证用泻法，留针30 min，每隔10 min行针1次，针刺治疗结束后，在患者头部连接脑病康复治疗仪，选模式B，虚证患者选择弱刺激，实证选择强刺激，每次治疗20 min，每日治疗1次，10次为一疗程；对照组患者只进行脑病康复治疗仪治疗，方法及疗程同针刺组。结果：120例失眠患者经2个疗程治疗后，针刺组治愈24例，占40％；显效16例，占26．7％；有效17例，占28．3％；无效3例，占5％；总有效率为95％。对照组治愈6例，占10％；显效7例，占11．6％；有效19例，占31．7％；无效28例，占46．7％；总有效率53．3％。组间经χ2检验有显著性差异，P＜0．05，针刺组疗效优于对照组。结论：针刺配合脑病康复治疗仪治疗失眠疗效确切，安全无副作用，值得在临床推广应用。

Acupuncture Therapy and Rehabilitative Instrument for Encephalopathy in the Treatment of Insomnia

Objective：To observe the curative effect of using acupuncture therapy on insomnia .Methods：The patients who suffered insomnia were divided into two groups （ acupuncture group and control group ） .The pa-tients in acupuncture group were given acupuncture treatment and the rehabilitative instrument for encephalopa -thy once a day and the patients in control group were used remedial machine to treat only , then the curative effect had been observed after two courses of treatments .Results：Acupuncture group： There were 24 cases cured , 16 cases with excellence results , 17 cases with approving results and 3 cases without any result .Control group：There were 6 cases cured , 7 cases with excellence results , 19 cases with approving results and 28 cases without any results .Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitative instrument for encephalopa-thy has a reliable effect for insomnia patients and it is a safe and effective therapy without adverse reaction .
