2007年山东省艾滋病监测结果分析

[目的]了解山东省艾滋病监测工作情况及流行趋势,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]采用SPSS 11.0分析软件对2007年山东省艾滋病监测资料进行统计分析。[结果]全年共监测9类目标人群25521人,检出HIV抗体阳性54例,梅毒抗体阳性885例,吸毒人群和男男性接触人群HIV抗体阳性检出率分别为5.96%和1.59%。行为学监测数据显示最近一个月暗娼人群每次坚持使用安全套率为53.6%。[结论]山东省艾滋病的流行仍处于低流行状态,但HIV波及的范围在不断加大,不安全行为广泛存在,提示应加大对男男性接触人群及吸毒人群的监测力度。

Analysis of HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data in Shandong Province in 2007

[Objective]To understand the status of surveillance and epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in ShanDong Province in 2007 and provide a scientific basis for controlling the transmission of HIV/AIDS.[Methods]Surveillance data were analyzed with the use of SPSS 11.0.[Results]25 521 subjects from 9 kinds of target people were monitored throughout the whole year,among which 54 HIV antibody positive and 855 syphilis antibody positive were tested,HIV-antibody positive rate of drug users and MSM were 5.96% and 1.59% respectively,according to the data of behavior surveillance,the rate of condom use was 53.6% among commercial sex workers.[Conclusion]The prevalence of HIV is still in low level,but HIV epidemic is expanding,HIV-related risk behaviors are high among high risk population,surveillance on drug users and MSM should be strengthened.
