| 摘 要： | 目的:观察美能注射剂治疗妊娠合并肝病的疗效.方法:对33例患者观察其治疗前后肝功能、胎心、胎动的变化.结果:美能注射剂治疗组的血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TB)较治疗前明显下降,未发现胎心、胎动的异常改变.结论:美能注射剂能安全、有效地治疗妊娠合并肝病.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe curative effect of Meineng injection in the treatment of pregnancy associated with hepatic disease. METHODS: By observing the changes of liver function, fetal heart and fetal movement in 33 cases before and after the treatment. RESULTS: The values of ALT and serum total bilirubin in Meineng injection group were obviously decreased than that before treatment. There was no abnormal changes in fetal heart and fetal movement. CONCLUSION: Meineng injection can be used safely and effectively for the treatment of pregnancy associated with hepatic disease. |
