小脑梗塞与梗阻性脑积水

本文报告了7例小脑团块头梗塞患者并发梗阻性脑积水，其中3例行开颅手术治疗，病理均为胶质细胞增生，余4例经药物治疗，症状无缓解，2例于住院20多天后CT随访，见梗塞灶缩小，梗阻性脑积水基本消失，作者探讨了小脑梗塞并发梗阻性脑积水的机制，讨论了小脑梗塞与小脑低密度肿瘤的鉴别要点，根据文献及作者的体会，指出小脑梗塞并发梗阻性脑积水尚需进一步认识，一般说来此病是不需要手术的，梗阻性脑积水经药物治疗可以缓解。病人因梗阻性脑积水而意识障碍，行脑室钻孔引流术，绝大多数可缓解。

Cerebellar Infarction with Obstructive Hydrocephalus

7 cases of cerebellar masslike infarction with obstructive hydrocephalus are repoeted.Of 7,3 were operated on,pathological results were gliosis;4 were treated with drugs;all patients werereleased.2 cases were followed up with CT after more than 20 days of hospitalization,CT films showedthe size of infarction diminished and obstructive hydrocephalus almost disappared.The mechanism ofcerebellar infarction complicated by obstructive hydrocephalis and differential diagnosis betweencerebellar infarction and hypodense cerebellar tumors are discussed.According to the literature andauthors'experience,cerebellar infarction needs to be studied further.In general,this disease needs nooperation,drugs can cure obstructive hydrocephalus.Patients'unconsciousness caused by obstructivehydrocephalus can be released by ventriculostomy at most cases.
