百灵鸟嗅叶Ⅹ区的纤维联系

摘    要:将CB—HRP注入百灵鸟嗅叶X区,在同侧上丘脑背外侧核内侧部有标记终末,在同侧上纹状体腹侧尾核、中脑Tsai腹侧区和双侧蓝斑有标记细胞.结果表明:X区向上丘脑背外侧核内侧部投射,它接受上纹状体腹侧尾核、中脑Tsai腹侧区和蓝斑的传入.根据本文结果和作者以往的研究表明,上纹状体腹侧尾核的发声控制通过两条路径与原纹状体栎核联系:一条是直接通路,另一条是上纹状体腹侧尾核先投射到X区,由X区投射到上丘脑背外侧核内侧部,中继后向新纹状体前部巨细胞核投射,然后支配原纹状体栎核,其中X区是重要的一环.这条环路可能亦参与发声学习与记忆等功能.

Abstract:After injecting CB-HRP into Area X of parolfactory lobe in Melanocorypha mongolica, the labelled terminals were observed in the ipsilateral medial portion of the dorsolateral nucleus of the anterior thalamus (DLM). The labelled neurons were found in the ipsilateral hyperstriatum ventrale, the pars caudale (HVc), the ventral area of Tsai and bilaterally in the locus ceruleus of pons (LoC), The results indicate that Area X projects to DLM, and receives projections from HVc, the ventral area of Tsai and from LoC. Based on the present and our previous studies, we conclude that there are two vocal control pathways from HVc to RA. One is a direct pathway, and the other is an indirect pathway from HVc to Area X , Area X to DLM, the DLM to the lateral magnocellular nucleus of the anterior neostriatum projecting to RA. Area X is an important area which may be involved in the vocal learning and memory.
