| 摘 要： | 目的对四川省2006-2008年参加高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)的艾滋病(AIDS)病人进行耐药检测,得出艾滋病的耐药率,并区分原发耐药及继发耐药率。方法建立in-house的耐药检测方法后,建立耐药监测队列,通过耐药检测方法的应用,观察队列耐药率。结果收集符合HAART条件的146例艾滋病病人进入队列。随访1年以后由于死亡、失访等原因,排除出队列39人,继续留在队列中完成随访调查和实验室检测的有107人,队列保持率73.29%。1年随访结束时队列保持率73.29%,耐药率为7.48%,其中原发耐药率为2.81%,继发耐药率为4.67%。结论治疗队列内病人服药依从性较高,四川省总体耐药率和原发耐药率仍保持在相对较低水平,中国使用的一线药物还基本有效。在已经产生耐药的病例中,A71T位点和Y181C位点耐药变异普遍,对NVP普遍高度耐药。
