| 摘 要： | 男男性行为人群(MSM)是艾滋病流行的高危人群,近年研究发现,该人群的艾滋病流行有明显上升趋势。艾滋病病毒(HIV)具有高度变异性,不同型或亚型的HIV毒株在全球的流行分布并不相同。中国的MSM人群流行的HIV毒株同样具有毒株类型多、不同地区流行的亚型略有不同、CRF01_AE毒株快速增加等特点。

| Abstract: | Men who have sex with men are at higher risk to HIV infection than the general male population.A substantial up-trend of HIV prevalence in this group has been found in recent studies.The various types and subtypes of HIV strains are distributed in different regions of the world,in China as well.The HIV-1 strains circulating in men who have sex with men in China vary in different areas.The proportion of subtype of CRF01-AE is found to have been increasing in the recent years. |
