奥昔布宁、托特罗定膀胱内灌注对兔膀胱尿流动力学特性的短期影响

目的 了解奥昔布宁和托特罗定膀胱灌注对膀胱尿流动力学特性的短期效应。方法 兔18只,随机分组3组,即奥昔布宁组、托特罗定组及空白对照组。分别以5mg/mL奥昔布宁、2mg/mL托特罗定灌注膀胱,保留15min,分别测定灌注前后膀胱压力-容积曲线。考察灌注前后膀胱漏尿点膀胱容积及压力变化量。1周后以加倍浓度药物重复上述试验。结果 受试的4种用药方案均可使膀胱漏尿点压力减小,但对膀胱容量影响没有统一趋势,且膀胱动力学参数与空白对照组比较差异均无统计学。结论 奥昔布宁、托特罗定膀胱内灌注在短时间内不能明显改变膀胱动力学特性,这两种药物的膀胱灌注疗法不适合用于快速解除逼尿肌痉挛。

Short stage dynamic effect exerted by intravesical oxybutynin and tolterodine on the rabbit bladder

Objective] To get elementary cognition of the short stage effect exerted by oxybutynin and tolterodine on the bladder denamie charactor. Method] 18 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups of oxybutynin, tolterodine and blank control. Urodynamle assessment was performed on each rabbit. Then they were treated with in- travesieal 5 mg/30 mL oxybutynin or 2 mg/30 mL tolterodine solution. The drugs were contained in the baldders for 15 minutes and that was followed by another urodynamie assessment. A week later the whole course was repeated but the concentration of the drugs was set as twice higher as the former. Results] All the 4 protocols could dimish the pressure at leakpoint but the effect on the bladder capacity has no coincident tendency. However there was no statistic difference of the bladder urodynamie characters between the drug-used groups and the control group. Conclusion] Intravesieal oxybutynin and tolterodine could not change the bladder urodynamie characters in a short stage. So they are not expected to be used to treat acute detrusor spasm.
