| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT灌注参数评价肺恶性肿瘤血管功能状态的价值.方法 对23例肺恶性肿瘤患者行64层螺旋CT灌注扫描,以CT灌注成像处理软件进行处理.感兴趣区的选择采用高灌注区均值和最大层面全肿瘤区域两种方式,分别获得血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、表面渗透性(PS)等灌注参数,绘制时间-密度曲线,并测量肿瘤的CT强化峰值(PH),对各灌注参数值及PH进行相关性分析.结果 ①肺恶性肿瘤的PH与CT灌注成像BV的高灌注区均值、全肿瘤均值及BF的全肿瘤均值均呈显著的正相关;②肺恶性肿瘤的PH与BF的高灌注区均值及PS无显著相关性.结论 肺恶性肿瘤多层螺旋CT灌注成像大部分灌注参数与PH有共同的组织学基础,呈显著的正相关,在评价肺恶性肿瘤的血管功能状态方面有重要价值.
