| 摘 要： | 氧化应激在心血管疾病中扮演重要角色且被多次阐明，抗氧化治疗可能对心血管疾病有潜在重要意义，但目前为止，大多数使用抗氧化维生素在减少心血管疾病发病率、病死率的临床试验均无阳性结果。现回顾了近年来抗氧化维生素的临床试验，以利于临床工作者更加客观、全面地认识抗氧化维生素C、E的作用，并正确评价其临床价值。

| Abstract: | Oxidative stress plays an important role in cardiovascular disease. Antioxidant treatment of cardiovascular disease may be important. Thus far, most of the clinical trials using antioxidant vitamins in the reduction of cardiovascular disease morbidity had no positive outcomes. This paper reviews clinical trials of antioxidant vitamins in recent years in order to establish an objective and comprehensive understanding of antioxidant vitamins C, E, and evaluate their clinical value appropriately. |
