| 摘 要： | 结合新医改方案和中山大学附属第一医院的改革实践，探讨公立医院如何在构建新型医疗网络；靠学科发展平台，承担医药卫生科技创新的使命；凭科学的运行机制和优质高效的管理促进医院发展等方面适应医改的要求，以不断加强和完善内涵建设，迎接新医改．同时提出，新政推行，并非所有问题迎刃而解，需要在实践中求索创新。

| Abstract: | Based on recent health system reform and the experience of Affiliated No.1 Hospital to Sun Yat Sen Medical University, medical network construction on public hospital were explored. With the support of scientific development plafform, new mission of health scientific innovation will be taken by public hospital. Hospital operation mechanism, hospital efficiency and medical quality should be improved to deal with health system reform. The recent health system reform can not solve everything naturally, hospital management mechanism will be innovated in practice. |
