Rose K RGP对圆锥角膜矫正视力影响的初步观察

目的:初步观察Rose K硬性透氧性角膜接触镜(Rose K RGP)对圆锥角膜矫正视力的影响。方法:为经角膜地形图确诊为圆锥角膜的12例20眼验配Rose K RGP。该组病例球镜屈光度范围-1.00～-21.50DS;柱镜屈光度范围-1.25～-8.75DC。排除配戴禁忌证,经RGP规范验配程序(高度数球镜患者采用快速睫状肌麻痹检影,次日复查屈光度)和Rose K RGP试戴片戴镜验光,确定RGP镜片参数。配发镜片后,教育戴镜者依照规范操作方法及程序配戴和护理镜片。随访时间5～14mo。我们采用自身前后对照方法进行最佳矫正视力的对比研究。结果:该组病例中14眼(70%)为三点接触配适形态,5眼(25%)为顶点离开的配适形态,1眼(5%)为可接受的顶点接触配适形态。全部病例均能通过配戴Rose K RGP获得较框架眼镜更好的矫正视力(平均框架视力0.6±0.03,平均RGP视力0.9±0.05)。随访期内无严重并发症发生。结论:在角膜地形图指导下,圆锥角膜患者验配Rose K RGP容易达到比较理想的配适形态,获得较满意的矫正视力,矫正效果理想。

Preliminary observation of the effect of the Rose K RGP on the corrected vision of keratoconus

AIM:To observe the corrective effect of the Rose K rigid gas permeable(Rose K RGP) contact lenses on keratoconus patients.·METHODS:Twenty Rose K RGPs were prescribed to 12 patients who were confirmed as keratoconus by corneal topography.In this patients group,the range of the spherical diopter was between-1.00DS and-21.5DS and the cylinder diopter was between-1.25DS and-8.75DS. After eliminating various RGP wearing taboos and going through standard RGP check procedures through which fast ciliary retinoscopied muscle paralysis was carried out on patients with high diopter sphere on the first day and followed by re-examination on the next day,trial RGPs were prescribed and tested on these patients,after that,final parameters of RGP to be ordered were confirmed. Following the placements of the lenses,patients wearing RGPs were educated to follow the standard wearing techniques and procedures. The time of follow-up test was between 5 and 14 months afterwards. Self-contrast method was used in this paper.·RESULTS:In the group,14 cases(70%) were in the form of good fit centrally,5 cases(25%) were in the form of steep centrally,1 case(5%) was in the form of flat centrally. Through the Rose K lens,all cases could get the corrected visual acuity(VA) which was better than framed spectacles(average VA-S is 0.6±0.03,average VA-R is 0.9±0.05) . No serious complications were observed in the follow-up period.·CONCLUSION:With the aid of the corneal topography,those keratoconus patients wearing the Rose K RGP have easily reached satisfying wearing status,and their eyesights have been corrected to a satisfying degree. The corrective effect is proved to be satisfactory.
