| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨"互动式指针疗法"对于脑卒中运动功能障碍的临床疗效及其对患者肢体运动功能和日常活动恢复的影响。方法:将150例患者分为2组,治疗组76例采用指针疗法,对照组74例,采用常规针刺治疗,分别评定2组Brunnstrom偏瘫运动功能评分和日常活动Barthel(BI)指数,并评价2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05),其Brunnstrom偏瘫运动功能评价和日常活动BI指数改善亦明显优于对照组。结论:"互动式指针疗法"治疗脑卒中后遗症可加速患者肢体运动功能的恢复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe and discuss the therapeutic effect of ＂interactive acupressure＂ on motor dysfunction after stroke and its influence to neuron recovery and the patients＇ routine life.Methods：Treatment group（76 cases） were treated with acupressure and controll group（74 cases） were treated with normal acupuncture method.The Brunnstrom Score and the Barthel Index of the two groups were respectively assessed before the treatments and compared afterwards.Results：The effect ofthe acupressure method showed statistical significance over the controlled group（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of Brunnstrom score and Barthel Index showed advantage over the controlled group.Conclusion：＂Interactive Acupressure＂ is able to accelerate the limb recovery in patients with stroke and shoule be spread in our clinical practice. |
