气管支气管结核的CT表现

了解气管支气管结核的CT表现征象。材料和方法分析35例气管支气管结核患者的CT资料，重点观察 气管支气管管腔和管壁的形态学改变。结果CT示气管支气管结核管腔变窄，管腔表面不光滑和腔内结节状突起，管腔 扭曲变形；管壁增厚，密度增高，僵直和钙化。结论气管支气管内膜结核CT有一系列表现征象，虽然不具有特异性，但 仍是无创性评价气管支气管病变的有效方法。

CT Manifestations of Endotracheal and Endobronchial Tuberculosis

Purpose: To analyse the CT features of endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculosis. Materials and methods: We analyzed the CT scans of 35 patient of endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculosois with emphasis on changes in the tube cavity and tube wall of trachea and bronchi. Results: The CT findings of these patients had tube cavity and tube wall changes. The tube cavity changes included cavity narrowing, the surface of tube cavity was not smooth, and there was nodule in tube cavity. The tube wall changes included: the wall thick, the wall thick with increasing density, rigid and calcified foci of the wall. Conclusion: These CT findings are not special for diagnosis, but CT is a noninvasive and effective method for evaluating endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculosis.
