护理单元管理的运作模式探讨

目的：探讨护理单元管理的运作模式，以缓解当前强势科室工作强度大，护理服务质量低及弱势科室人力、物力资源浪费等状况。方法：选择病床使用率较低的弱势科室和长期加床、超负荷运作的强势科室各2个，对弱势科室的护理人员进行全方位、多专科培训后，按新的管理模式运作。即弱势科室跨学科收治病人，强势科室可根据住院病人动态转入或分流病人到弱势科室，跨科住院病人的诊断、治疗、查房由专科医师负责。定期评价工作绩效，并进行实施前后的比较。结果：新管理模式下，弱势科室病床使用率、护士考核合格率和强势科室病人满意率、一级护理合格率均高于实施前，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：护理单元新管理模式可以充分利用现有人力、物力资源，缓解强势科室护理工作量，提高住院病人满意率，促进护理技术和质量的提高。
