间歇牵引结合定眩汤治疗颈性眩晕的比较研究

目的]观察间歇牵引结合中药治疗颈性眩晕的疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机理.方法]90例颈性眩晕患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例,前者采用间歇牵引结合中药治疗,后者采用中药治疗,两组患者治疗前及治疗2周后对影响患者的三大主要症状及功能和心理方面进行评估,分析比较两组的疗效.结果]两组治疗前后对症状与功能积分评估结果显示均有显著差异(P＜0.01),而治疗后两组指标积分显示眩晕、头痛、颈肩痛、日常生活和工作积分以及症状总积分均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论]治疗组对颈性眩晕的疗效优于对照组.间歇牵引通过松解颈肌的痉挛,增加椎间孔、横突孔的有效孔径,从而解除椎动脉的痉挛和压迫,改善脑部血供;中药气血双补、益肾活血、通络定眩,两者结合达到治疗颈性眩晕的目的.
