恶性肿瘤术后切口种植转移的病因和防治分析

目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤术后切口种植转移的病因和防治方法。方法 :对本院 1980年 10月 - 1998年 10月出现的2 3例切口种植患者进行了回顾性分析。结果 :2 3例切口种植患者均是非肿瘤外科医师操作所为 ,术中未采取有效的防护措施 ;部分切口种植患者再次手术后经积极治疗有望延长生命。结论 :切口种植转移的主要原因为术中忽视了无瘤操作技术 ,切口未予以有效的保护而造成 ;一旦出现切口种植转移 ,应持积极的态度予以治疗 ,不能轻易放弃。

Analysis on Pathogenesis and Prevention and Treatment Against Implantation Matastasis of Postoperative Incision of Malignant Tumor

Objective:To inquire into the pathogenesis and find the ways to prevent and treat implantation matastasis of postoperative incision of malignant tumor.Methods:With an intensive analysis we have reviewed 23 cases in our hospital from Oct.1980 to Oct.1998, Who suffered from implantation matastasis.Results:It is proved that any of the 23 Cases was operated by no tumor surgeon, and that no effective preventive measures were taken during these operation. A part of these sufferers were likely to prolong their lives with positive treatment after the second operation.Conclusion:The main reason causing implantation matastasis is that the surgeons ignored the technique called nontumor cell implantation operation, and that the incision wasn't effectively protected. Once the incision appears to be implantation matastasis, it should be treated properly with an active attitude and can't be given up easily
