健力方颗粒抗疲劳的实验研究

摘    要:目的]通过实验研究,观察健力方颗粒抗运动性疲劳和精神性疲劳的作用。方法]采用SPF级健康ICR种小白鼠,随机分为阴性对照、三勒浆,健力方低、中及高剂量组5组。进行游泳、耐缺氧、爬杆、镇静、镇痛以及改善学习记忆等实验。结果]与阴性对照组相比,健力方颗粒各剂量组和三勒浆组能明显延长小鼠游泳、耐缺氧、爬杆和自主活动时间;延迟小鼠出现舔足反应时间,提高痛阈;明显提高小鼠水迷路测验的正确率,缩短到达终点的时间(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。其中,健力方颗粒高剂量组改善学习记忆作用明显优于三勒浆组(P〈0.01)。结论]健力方颗粒具有较好的抗运动性疲劳和精神性疲劳的作用。
