| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中青年女性冠心病临床特征及冠状动脉病变特点和相关危险因素。方法对主诉有胸痛的中青年女性患者行冠状动脉造影,确认有冠状动脉病变的2l例作临床、冠状动脉病变特点及相关危险因素分析。结果中青年女性患者多以单支病变为主,且前降支病变多见。结论对有胸痛症状的中青年女性,应尽早行冠状动脉造影检查及冠心病干预治疗。
