摘    要:按照卫生部公立医院改革部署要求,厦门大学附属第一医院通过推行全预约、首席质控师制度、优质护理服务等一系列便民惠民措施,全面改善门诊流程,严控医疗费用,提高患者满意度。并通过建立医疗联合体,将大医院优质资源,延伸至基层医疗单位,取得显著成效。
