| 摘 要： | 目的：提高肺癌高温灌注化疗患者电话随访的质量。方法：电话随~jjl999年～2011年6月某院用高温灌注化疗法治疗的64例肺癌患者，分析、总结影响电话随访质量的因素：随访计划和内容、随访时机和礼仪、随访者扎实的专业知识、良好的沟通技能、高度的责任心等。结果：周密的随访计划、适宜的随访内容、合适的随访时机、温馨的随访礼仪、扎实的专业知识、良好的沟通技能、高度的责任心是提高电话随访质量的重要因素。结论：电话随访是方便、快捷的医患沟通方式．可以建立起和谐的医患关系，为肺癌患着提供有效的生活指导及心理疏导，为医院树立良好的社会形象。
