| 摘 要： | 目的：对北京市5家三甲医院医务人员进行调查，客观真实的描述医务人员目前的工作状况，分析所反映的问题。方法：通过问卷调查了解医务人员的基本工作状况；通过定性访谈对所反映问题进行深层次的分析。结果：2／3以上的调查对象认为工作压力大；工作超时、加班是医务人员的工作常态；接近2／3的医务人员月均收入在2001—4000元之间；55．2％的调查对象对自己工作表示不满意。结论：医务人员的工作压力、工作强度较大，更承受着很大的心理压力，提高待遇成为医务人员的普遍诉求，其工作满意度和工作成就感均有一定的提升空间。
