摘    要:目的对不同产地苍术中茅术醇进行含量测定,为苍术的品质评价提供依据。方法 GC法,选用HP-NNOWax Polyethylene Glycol,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以正十五醇为内标物,气化室温度为270℃,柱温为185℃,氢气流量为40mL.min-1,空气流量为380mL.min-1,进样量为1μL。结果茅术醇线性范围:0.1132~0.6792mg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.21%,RSD为1.02%。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于苍术药材及其饮片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To carry out determination of hinesol in Rhizoma Atraxtylodis grown in different locations,so as to provide evidence for evaluating this herb.Methods Gas chromatography was used,with HP-NNOWax Polyethylene Glycol capillary column,hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID);gasification chamber temperature 270℃;column temperature was 185℃;hydrogen flow at 40mL·min-1,air flow at 380mL·min-1,and sampling volume at 1μL.Results The linear range of hinesol was 0.1132~0.6792mg·mL-1(r=0.9999) and average recovery was 99.21%,RSD was 1.02%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of the medicinal materials and prepared slices of Rhizoma atraxtylodis.
