摘    要:医院绩效管理是当前深化医院改革迫切需要研究的重要问题。广东省中医院从1997年开始积极探索基于医院发展战略的多维绩效管理体系的构建,经过10多年的实践和不断完善,目前已形成基于战略绩效关联模式的医疗、教学、科研、人才、服务五位一体的医院管理体系,并取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。为深化医院改革.探索公立医院绩效管理和薪酬激励提供了可借鉴的思路方法。
