| 摘 要： | 介绍了绍兴第二医院与浙江医科大学附属第一医院以及绍兴县11个镇街社区卫生服务中心实行纵向合作的实践，对这一新型合作模式在如何使医疗资源分层优质化、均等化，如何让老百姓看得到病、看得起病、看得好病这一课题进行了有益的探索。阐述_『在合作过程中应注意把握的几个问题，指出纵向合作，“优质资源下移、省院带基层院、大院带小院”，发展壮大自身：纵向合作，支援社区，提高社区卫生服务能力惠及最大面的基本医疗服务需求；纵向合作，最大限度地合理使用优质医疗资源是目前解决“看得起病，看得到病，看得好病”的有效措施。
