| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性前交叉韧带（anterior cruciate ligament,ACL）实质部完全断裂的发生部位,及其与5种主要损伤有关因素的关系。方法 1988年5月-2005年12月,144例急性ACL损伤（受伤时间1-21 d）经关节镜探查确认韧带实质部完全断裂,按照长度将实质部三等分分为上、中、下三部分,观察断裂部位与年龄、性别、损伤侧别、损伤机制（接触性、非接触性）和损伤时膝关节位置（伸直、屈曲）的关系。结果上、中、下三段断裂的发生率分别为：72.2%（104/144）、26.4%（38/144）、1.4%（2/144）,两两比较均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。上段和中段断裂在不同年龄、性别、损伤侧别、损伤机制和损伤时膝关节位置的发生率比较均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论急性ACL实质部完全断裂近3/4发生在上段,1/4左右发生在中段,下段极少发生;断裂部位与年龄、性别、损伤侧别、损伤机制以及损伤时膝关节位置均无关。
