住院精神病患者外走行为的原因分析及管理对策

目的：分析住院精神病患者发生外走行为的原因及方式,制定相应的防范措施,强化精神科安全管理。方法：采用回顾性调查方法对宁波市康宁医院2005年1月～2010年6月期间发生外走行为的26例住院精神病患者进行综合分析。结果：精神症状因素是引发患者外走的最重要因素,其次是环境因素,再次是管理因素。结论：认真评估住院患者病情,全面掌握病情,严格履行岗位职责是预防患者外走的前提;认真执行安全管理制度,加强病房环境设施及物品的安全检查,加强环境安全管理是防止外走的重要环节;加强护理安全管理,提高护理风险意识,发现隐患采取有效的防范措施,是预防患者外走行为发生的重要保证。

Analysis and management measures on going out without companion of mental inpatient patient
