| 摘 要： | 解放军总医院在创建一流现代化研究型医院过程中，突出科研工作重要地位，大力推进科研管理改革创新，确立科研工作指导原则，完善科研管理体系机制，创新科研项目管理模式，搭建开放共享科研平台，打造科技创新人才团队，推动了临床诊治水平提升，对促进医院全面建设又好又快发展发挥了积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | In the process of creating the top level modern researching hospital in General Hospital of PLA,research work was highlighted.Research management reform and innovation which includes setting research management principle,improving research management system and mechanism,innovating research project management mode,establishing research information sharing platform,training research staff has carried out.It has helped promoting clinical treatment and promoting hospital all-round,good and rapid development. |
