| 摘 要： | 目的推动商业保险参与经办政府委托医疗保障管理业务的健康快速发展,为我国健康保障体系提供更好的服务。方法利用分析研究法,对我国保险业参与基本医疗保障经办服务中存在的问题进行分析,进而提出商业保险经办政府委托医疗保障管理服务的建议及对策。结果与结论在商业保险经办政府委托医疗保障管理服务中,需要政府部门进一步明确鼓励和扶持的具体政策,规范基本医疗保障经办管理服务业务的市场秩序;经办保险机构应不断完善管理制度和流程,提高经办服务质量。
