| 摘 要： | 长期住院患儿除了疾病带来的身体困扰外，其心理受iiiii由于住院隔离带来的社会功能缺失与不适，对儿童及青少年可能是一种影响一生的打击。通过整理归纳香港、台湾、上海医务社工领先地区在长期住院患儿的医务社工服务方面的特色形式和模式，比较出目前的不足，从而提出该类患儿的医务社工服务发展方式的建议。
