| 摘 要： | 对逐步降低或取消药品加成率后公立专科医院补偿模式进行了探讨，根据政府财政补助、增设药事服务费及医疗服务价格调整等不同补偿途径组合，结合浙江省23家公立专科医院2007—2009年经济运行状况，构建了8种公立专科医院补偿政策模型。结果表明，政府财政均次标准工作量补助以新政策模型Ⅲ为最高（比较安全与安全下分别为31．76元／人次、33．21元/人次），以新政策模型Ⅳ为最低（8．57元／人次与12．91元／人次），认为应根据不同类别公立专科医院的实际情况区别对待，尝试不同分类补偿政策模型，重点要建立政府长效财政保障机制。 |
