| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用常规器械行经脐单切口三通道腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性。方法 2009年6月～2011年6月选择48例单纯性胆囊结石及10例胆囊息肉样病变使用常规腹腔镜器械施行经脐单切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术（经脐单切口组,n=58）,并与同期208例三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术（传统三孔腹腔镜组,n=208）进行比较。结果 56例使用常规器械经脐单切口在腹腔镜下完成手术,2例因为三角区出血中转为三孔法。2组均无并发症发生。2组手术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,经脐单切口组手术时间为（110.3±14.6）min,显著长于传统三孔腹腔镜组的（44.0±7.6）min（t=46.725,P=0.000）。经脐单切口组住院费用（0.7±0.1）万元,显著低于传统三孔腹腔镜组（0.8±0.1）万元（t=-6.734,P=0.000）。结论使用常规器械经脐单切口三通道腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的,切口美观无瘢痕。
