保和颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立保和颗粒中山楂、陈皮、半夏和连翘苷的薄层色谱方法及陈皮中橙皮苷的HPLC含量测定的方法。方法色谱柱:Kromasil C18;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:283nm;柱温:30℃。结果橙皮苷在0.04482~0.80676μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率98.98%,RSD=1.93%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、重复性好、专属性强,可以用于保和颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To identify Crataegi fructus,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Pinelliae rhizome and Forsythin by TLC method and to determine hesperidin in Baohe Granules by HPLC.Methods Using a Kromasil C18 column,a minxture of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(17∶83)with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1;the detective wavelength was 283nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range of hesperidin was 0.04482~0.80676μg(r=0.9995).The average recovery rate was 98.98% with RSD=1.93%(n=6).Conclusion The established method is rapid,accurate,reproducible and specific.It can be used for routine quality control of Baohe Granules.
