| 摘 要： | 通过对100例手深度烧伤(深Ⅱ-Ⅲ度)削切痂、植皮术病人术后2周实施加压疗法、浸浴疗法、局部按摩、药物治疗、功能锻炼及心理护理、创面护理，结果 100例131只手获得较满意效果。提出护理时尽量减少康复活动引起的疼痛，训练强度循序渐进，以病人耐受为度。

| Abstract: | 100patients with deep hand burn were nursed two weeks after skin graft wit h pressing therapy,soak therapy,local massage,medication therapy,functional exer cises,psychological nursing and wound nursing,achieving satisfactory effects in1 31hands of the100patients.The authors suggest the pains should be reduced to the minimum at nursing,the tense at exercises should be added gradually if it is be arable for the patients. |
