喉外伤的急救和护理

目的:探讨喉外伤的急救和护理经验。方法:密切观察呼吸变化,保持呼吸道通畅;建立有效的静脉通道;做好术前准备、呼吸道护理、饮食护理、心理护理及特殊患者的护理。结果:32例患者均治愈出院,无窒息、死亡及护理并发症发生。结论:保持呼吸道通畅是抢救喉外伤最基础、最主要的措施;及时正确的急救和护理,是提高抢救成功率,减少并发症,促进康复的关键。

The Emergency Management and Nursing for Throat Injury

Objective To study the experience of emergency management and nursing for throat injuries.Methods Respiratory changes were intensively monitored,and respiratory tract ventilation was maintained,venous irrigation was established effectively,preparation for operation,respiratory tract nursing,diet nursing,psychological nursing and special patients were emphasized.Results 32 cases of throat injuries were successfully cured and no suffocation,death and nursing complication was documented.Conclusions Respiratory ventilation was the basic and the most important measurement for emergency management in patients with throat injuries,timely and correct emergency management and nursing was the crucial step for elevating curing rate,decreasing complications and promoting rehabilitation.
