| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电脑控制全自动牵引推拿床对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法：４０６例患者采用牵引推拿疗法为治疗组；１８８例采用理疗综合治疗为对照组。结果：治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组，两组差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：牵引推拿同时治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好，疗程短，腰椎活动范围改善明显，功能恢复亦满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of collapse of lumber intervertebral disc treated by traction-masage table autocontraled by micro-computer.Method:406 patients were treated and as a contral group 188 patients were managed by physiotheraputic comprehensive treatment.Result:The treated group showed a significant better effect compar to contral group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Traction as well as massage,being a method in treating collapse of lumber intervertebral disc,make a better effect,short course of treatment,obviously improvement on ROM of lumber vertebra and also a satisfaction of functional recover. |
