复方黄柏洗液对留置尿管患者并发尿路感染的影响

目的观察复方黄柏洗液在预防留置导尿管后尿路感染的作用。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月在我院泌尿外科因急性尿潴留留置导尿的患者100例，随机分为对照组100例和用药组100例。对照组予以碘伏行尿道口护理，2次／天；实验组用复方黄柏洗液涂抹于导尿管与尿道口，2次／天。观察两组患者置留导尿管后第3、5、7天膀胱内尿液标本的细菌培养结果并进行比较。结果用药组置管期间尿培养尿路感染病例数明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论复方黄柏洗液能有效降低留置导尿后尿路感染的发生。

Study on Prevention of Acute Retention of Urine Patients with Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection by Using Compound Cortex Pheilodendri Lotion

Objective To observe the effect of compound cortex phellodendri lotion on prevention of acute retention of urine patients with catheter associated urinary tract infection. Methods 100 patients with indwelling catheter, enrolled from department of urology, were divided randomly into two groups, each consisting of 50 patients. For the control group, their urethral orifice was treated conventionally twice a day, while for the treated group, in addition to the conventional treatment of their urethral orifice, the catheter and their urethral orifice were sprayed with the compound cortex phellodendri lotion, the results of bacteria cultivation of two group＇s bladder urine in 3th day,5th day,7th day were observed and compared. Results The ntunber of cases of urinary tract infection in the treated group during catheterization was evidentlyless than those oflhe control group （P〈0.01）, the difference was significant. Conclusion The compound cortex phellodendri lotion can effectively reduce the incidence of CAUTI.
