罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于前列腺电切术后硬膜外自控镇痛

目的观察罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于前列腺电切术后硬膜外自控镇痛的效果。方法前列腺电切术患者100例，随机分为2组，A组为0．1％罗哌卡因＋0．5μg／mL舒芬太尼；B组为O．1％罗哌卡因＋2ug／mL芬太尼。镇痛泵背景剂量6mL／h，自控给药量2mL／次，锁定时间15min。观察患者术后镇痛效果，记录不良反应，自控给药情况以及是否使用其他镇痛药物。结果在总体镇痛效果方面A组优与B组不良反应方面，恶心，呕吐，A组少于B组；瘙痒，运动神经阻滞两组无明显差异；镇痛泵按压情况A组少于B组。讨论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼镇痛效果好，对运动神经阻滞轻，不良反应少，患者满意度高。

Transurethral Resection of the Prostate of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil for Postoperative Patient-controlled Epidural Analgesia

Objective To observe the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil prostate effect of patient controlled epidural analgesia after. Methods Transurethral resection of prostate patients 100 cases, randomly divided into 2 groups, A group with 0.1% ropivacaine ＋ 0.5μg/mL sufentanil; B group of 0.1% ropivacaine fentanyl ＋2μg/mL. Analgesia pump background dose 6mL/h, self-controlled dosage 2mL, lockout time 15rain. Observed the analgesic effect of patients after operation, record adverse reactions, automatic delivery and the use of other analgesics. Results In A group is better analgesic effect in general and B group; adverse reaction, nausea, vomiting, A group than that in the B group; itching, motor nerve block had no difference between the two groups; analgesia pump pressing situation in A group than B group. Conclusion The effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil analgesia, in motor nerve block light, adverse reaction less, patient satisfaction.
