新生儿脑卒中治疗的研究进展

新生儿脑卒中,又称新生儿脑梗死,分为缺血性和出血性两类.新生儿脑卒中多由动脉源性局部缺血所致,不仅可引起新生儿死亡,还可造成存活者终生残疾,如脑瘫、癫痫和行为认知缺陷等.因此,积极治疗脑卒中对神经保护和修复具有重要作用.近年对该领域的研究已较深入,尤其在血管及神经再生、抗炎症反应、抑制神经细胞凋亡和抗氧化损害等方面取得较大进展,对新生儿脑卒中预后以及治疗均有重要的意义.该文将对近年新生儿缺血性脑卒中治疗的基础研究作以综述.

Progress in stuly on treatment of neonatal stroke

Neonatal stroke,also called neonatal cerebral infarction is classified into two types: ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke.Neonatal stroke often results from arterial ischemia,which can lead to neonatal death as well as permanent disabilities such as cerebral palsy,epilepsy,and motor or cognitive disabilities for the survivors.Therefore,it is very beneficial to conduct effective therapies for neonatal stroke.Recent studies shown enormous breakthroughs in treatment of stroke,including progress in many aspects such as angiogenesis,neurogenesis,anti-inflammation,inhibition of neuronal apoptosis and anti-oxidation.All these strategies are of important significance for prognosis and treatment of neonatal stroke.This article reviewed basic researches in recent years on treatment of neonatal stroke.
