大鼠痉挛性脑瘫模型建立的改进

摘    要:采用电毁损椎体束建立大鼠一侧肢体痉挛性瘫痪模型,通过自行设计的脑定位辅助装置安装在大鼠脑立体定位器上,增加了脑定位的准确性。同时采用了绝缘针进行刺激,减少了实验的干扰因素,从而使模型更为可靠。

Abstract:The method for the establishment of one-side extrendty spastic palsy model in rats by electrohic injury of pyranddal tract was modified. The auto-designcd cerebral positioning auxiliary set was used to mount the model rat on the cerebral steriotaxic instrument, so as to increase the accurate of the cerebral posi0tioning. At the same time, a insulating needle was employed to conduct stimulation to decrease the disturbance factors of the experiment, so as to rnake the model reliable.
