上消化道出血急诊胃镜及临床分析

目的探讨急诊胃镜检查对上消化道出血患者病因诊断的意义以及内镜治疗措施对疾病转归的影响。方法对117例上消化道出血患者的急诊胃镜检查和临床资料及治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果117例急诊胃镜检查病变检出率为100%,出血的主要病因依次为消化性溃疡、急、慢性胃炎、胃恶性肿瘤、食管胃底静脉曲张等。经内镜及内科综合治疗总止血率为97.1%。结论上消化道出血患者应尽早行急诊胃镜检查以明确病因,对有活动性出血者采用镜下止血是安全有效的治疗措施。

Emergency gastroscopy and clinical analyses of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Aim To evaluate the effect of emergency gastroscopy on etiological diagnosis and endoscopic treatment on prognosis of the disease. Methods Emergency endoscopies, clinical information and treatment results of 117 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were Retrospectively analyzed. Results Lesion rate of 117 cases of gastroscopies is 100%. The main causes of bleeding are peptic ulcer, acute and chronic gastritis, gastric malignancies, and gastroesophageal varices successively. Total hemostasis rate of gastroscopic and comprehensive management is 97.1%. Conclusion Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding should undergo gastroscopy as soon as possible to find causes,for those with active bleedings, gastroscopic treatment is a safe and effective treatment way.
