单纯性肥胖儿童营养健康教育模型的建立与评估

摘    要:目的:探讨单纯性肥胖儿童营养健康教育模型的建立与评估。方法:将200例肥胖儿童随机分为模型组和对照组各100例,模型组采取营养+运动+健康教育的方法进行治疗,对照组采用常规健康教育方法。结果:6个月后模型组肥胖儿童家长观念的改变优于干预前(P0.01);肥胖儿童血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血尿酸较干预前明显降低(P0.05或P0.01);组间比较,模型组儿童血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血尿酸均低于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:健康教育模型的建立,可促使家长改变观念,积极参与对肥胖儿童的干预,对肥胖儿童各项生化指标的降低具有明显效果。

Abstract:Objective: Discussion retinitis simplex obese child nutrition health education model establishment and appraisal.Methods:200 patients were divides into two groups each group with 100 cases.The model group adopted the nutrition,movement and health education the method carries on the treatment.The control group used the conventional health education method.Results: The model group can cause obese child lose weight before intervention(P0.01).The blood sugar,the cholesterol,the triglyceride were lower than before intervention(P0.05 or P0.01).Two groups of comparisons,the difference has statistics significance(P0.05).Conclusions:The health education model's establishment and the application to control the obese child's body weight to have the remarkable effect.
