| 摘 要： | 目的 评价后路经椎弓根内固定治疗不稳定性胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法 分析79例以椎弓根内固定治疗的不稳定性胸腰椎骨折患者,其中Steffee 19例,RF28例,AF 32例,比较术前术后伤椎高度、伤段Cobb角及神经功能恢复情况。结果 全部病例均获随访,术后伤椎高度及Cobb角均较术前有明显改善(P<0.05),神经功能多有不同程度恢复。结论 后路经椎弓根内固定治疗不稳定性胸腰椎骨折效果理想。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of pedicle screw internal fixation on therapy of unstable thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Seventy-nine cases of unstable thoracolumbar fractures were operated upon with pedicle screw fixation, among which were Steffee(19 cases), RF(28 cases) and AF(32 cases). Height of the injured vertebral body, Cobb angel of the injured spinal segment and spinal function were compared between pre-and post-operation. Results After an follow-up of 8-42 months, all cases presented significant amelioration in form of the injured spine and the spinal function were improved in some extent. Conclusions Pedicle screw fixation may be an ideal choice for surgical treatment of unstable thoracolumbar fractures. |
