| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效的因素。方法用书信、电话、门诊预约等方式对山西医科大学第二医院骨科2000年4月至2006年10月间行前路手术的258例进行随访，复习病历资料，采集手术前后的JOA评分、融合节段高度、D值等数据，运用SPSS13．0进行统计学处理，分析影响前路手术疗效的因素。结果脊髓型颈椎病前路手术的疗效与年龄、病程、术前JOA评分有关，无内固定组术后D值、融合节段高度较内固定组有丢失，但两组间疗效无差别。结论脊髓型颈椎病应尽早手术，术中使用内固定可以减少术后D值及融合节段高度的丢失。
