大剂量654—2,硝普钠和丹参注射液辅助呼吸支持治疗ARDS

目的 探讨三联（复方丹参注射液，６５４－２和硝普钠）对ＡＲＤＳ的作用。方法 １９例ＡＲＤＳ病人被分为甲组和乙组，在呼吸支持和常规治疗的同时，甲组车注硝普钠；乙组输注三联（复方丹参注射液，６５４－２和硝普钠），直至具备呼吸机脱离指征。结果 乙组病人的氧合和部分呼吸动力参数都有明显改善，末梢循环状况良好。结论三联能降低肺血管全身血管阻力，减轻心脏负荷，改善微循环和组织灌注，减少炎性调理介质释放，有利于

THE EFFECT OF COMBINED LARGE-DOSE ANISODAMINE,SODIUM NITROPRUSSIDE AND SALVIA MILTIORRHIZAE ON THE SUPPORTIVE TREATMENT OF ARDS

Objective To investigate the triple therapy (anisodamine, sodium nitroprusside and salvia miltiorrhizae injection) on ARDS. Methods Nineteen patients with ARDS were divided into A and B groups. All patients were put on conventional respiratory support and therapy. Group A patients were given sodium nitroprusside 0.55gkg-1min-1, and group B, triple therapy(anisodamine 0.010.2 mgkg-1min-1 and sodium nitroprusside 0.55gkg-1min-1 plus salvia miltiorrhizae injection 20 ml iv bid) until the indications of weaning from respirator were present. Results Group B had better improved oxygenation ,respiratory dynamic parameters and peripheral circulation than group A. Conclusion The triple therapy decreases the respiratory and systemic vascular resistance, improves cardiac performance and afterload and peripheral perfusion, and decreases the release of inflammatory mediators, so as to benefit the relief of respiratory and systemic pathophysiologic changes.
