听源性惊厥易感性大鼠在惊厥发作后上丘神经元内c—fos的表达

摘    要:目的 观察听源性惊厥易感性大鼠惊厥发作时上丘内FOS免疫阳性神经元的分布。方法 实验动物分4组。PS组:电铃(106dB,10-20kHz,60s)刺激下呈急性惊厥发作的惊厥鼠;PN组:非急性惊厥发作的惊厥鼠;WS组:电铃刺激的正常鼠:WN组;无电铃刺激的正常鼠,每组各5只,PS和WS组电铃刺激后存活2h。结果 (1)只有在PS大鼠的上丘可见有典型的FOS样免疫阳性神经元,且其只分布在第Ⅳ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ

Abstract:Objective To identity the neuronal populations with the expression of c-fos in the superior colliculus of the audiogenic seizures susceptible rats during seizures. Methods The experimental animals were divided into 4 groups. PS: the P77PMC rats, submittes to the acoustic stimuli delivered by an electric generator (106 dB, 1020 kHz, 60 s), exhibiting typical audiogenic seizures; PN: the P77PMC rats with neither sound stimuli nor seizures; WS: the non epilepric normal control Wistar rats, exposed to the same auditory stimuli; WN: normal control Wistar rats, with no auditory stimulation . The animals of PS and WS were allowed to survive for 2 h after stimulation, and then all the animals were subjected to the assessment of c-fos expression by immunocytochemistry. Results It was only in the PS rats that exhibited typical FOS-like immunoreactivity(FL-) positive neurons in the superior colliculus, and the FL- positive neurons were found only in layer ,layer and layer .
